I can’t say enough great things about Kaitlyn, the Pharmacy Manager. She is truly one of a kind when it comes to customer care and professionalism. Every time I’ve visited the pharmacy, Kaitlyn has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of, whether it’s answering questions thoroughly, helping with insurance issues, or ensuring prescriptions are ready on time. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the well-being of her customers. Kaitlyn is a huge asset to Safeway and to the Lodi community. Highly recommend this pharmacy thanks to her!

My prescriptions are filled there because they are the best price in town with my insurance and also GoodRX. Saving so much money. They are kind, caring and helpful. Also get my shots there. Very quick and easy.

I had the worst experience of my life with a pharmacy when I tried to fill a prescription here. My doctor’s office called in my prescription because CVS has not been able to fill a medication I need due to a shortage in this specific medication for many months. So, they suggested I try Safeway or Walgreens. The pharmacist on duty(Ashley) was unprofessional with the doctor’s staff and then extremely rude to me when I called. I took my business to Walgreens in Lodi. My prescription was filled and I was treated kindly. I will add that the head pharmacist at Safeway called me back and did apologize for my bad experience. She was very nice. I was thinking that they must not need customers if this is how we are treated. I will still grocery shop there, but I will no longer get vaccines or attemp

The waiting really sucks but the customer service is better than majority of the pharmacies. If they figure out a way to cut the wait times, then Safeway pharmacy will get 5 stars from everyone.
