Getting hearing aids is a complicated issue. Todd, the head guy , immediately put me at ease. His knowledge is a result of 27 years in the business. His professionalism and humor helped me adjust to this life changing experience. Kudos to Todd and his assistant. Great experience!

I would advise against this service as it's significantly overpriced. Charging $7,500 seems excessive, especially for Lodi. There appears to be a lot of unnecessary markup. Additionally, suggesting CareCredit as a payment option felt pushy. The “friends and family discount” they mentioned came across as insincere. Save your time and money! 😉

I have been a customer of this office for several years… They were exceptionally professional right from the first appointment… I am very pleased with the hearing aids that Todd recommended for me. The follow up service has been superb… He has always worked around my work schedule and has become more like a friend than a provider. His office staff follow up and got back to me with the answers I needed… Great people!!!

I had a great experience with my visit I finally know what is wrong with my ability to hear, sadly the only complaint is that the front desk lady was not very friendly. No welcome, no good morning, nothing. Sad because first impressions always make you feel good about the place you’re visiting for the first time.

Tod took time to answer all my concerns and explained each step as we went through the testing. I felt informed and confident about my decision. It was a positive experience.
