Safeway Pharmacy

Our pharmacy in Tonopah, NV has shutdown without notice or with very little notice on 3 occasions, in the last couple months. They can't seem to keep a reliable pharmacist but drive up 95 for a lil over 100 miles and this pharmacy is like an oasis in the desert. An oasis that has my high blood pressure meds and a friendly face behind the counter that asks if I would like counseling for this med. I'm very grateful to have a pharmacy I can count on. Bonus, the give Covid vaccines, Raley's in Tonopah won't do them.

Pharmacy is,overpriced. They consistently get prescriptions wrong. They can't tell you the cost of prescriptions,before you buy them. I live out of town and have wasted numerous trips when they have not It had it ready or forgot to tell me it was not covered by my insurance company. The pharmacist treats you with total pevalance as if he is,better than you.

The pharmacist is the rudest person. He has lied to me more then once. If you question him on anything he then makes sure your next order is screwed up or can not get it at all. He likes playing God to who gets there meds on time or do without them for days. After being told if he can not get the meds and you tell him to call Medicare and tell them, then all of a sudden he fines what you need. Needs to be gone

They have no problem in customer service they treat me like family and both pharmacists treat me with nothing but respect and kindness. I recommend this store to everyone.

Safeway pharmacy in Hawthorne nv is the absolute worst. You could call your prescription in a week early and still have a 30 to 45 minutes wait.
