Dr.James Ruch has been the best dr and I am grateful to have him as my pc. He takes his time to listen to my needs and understands my condition. I feel very blessed to have someone who understands my issues and helps to get me well. Thank u Dr Ruch! You’re awesome!

TOTAL DISREGARD FOR MEDICAL ISSUES. I'm semi used to that with a long term chronic illness, but especially my GI issues... At this point boarders on medical neglect! I'm actually floored. I mean screw it, it's a severe issue.... But since it's not at all worth staff time... I'm going to just ignore it. Nothing, and I mean nothing is getting accomplished anyways.

Needed a doctor and test ran while driving thru Nevada. I was impressed with the service, quality, compassion, and efficiency of all the employees, lab techs, assts, nurses, etc. I felt like a human being treated humanely and the employees were not, or did not act, stressed out and over worked.

Late night injury while passing through Nevada. EXCELLENT care from Doctor Heath and his Staff!! My Wife and I thank YOU ALL so much!
