Safeway Pharmacy

I made an appt for my covid/flu vaccines at this location. When I arrived to the window to check in, I saw the pharmacist (bald man with glasses). He rolls his eyes and huffed a sigh, and said with annoyed tone ‘are you here for vaccines?’ I answered yes, and he instructed me where to wait, which I did. He took more than 15 minutes to see me. He said only two words to me ‘which arm?’ I told him and he wiped my skin with the alcohol, squeezed my bicep then jabbed me. Once he was done I said ‘thank you’ all he said was ‘yup’. Now maybe he was having a bad day, I don’t know, but you shouldn’t treat pharmacy customers like cattle. The rest of the pharmacy staff have all been kind and considerate to me, and they are the reason why I will return to this location. Hopefully I don’t run into this

It takes about 15 minutes per person. So if you are 3rd in line, you are waiting 30minutes before you get to the front, and you are 45 minutes down for a quick RX pick up. The are understaffed and everything, including getting RX’s filled, takes longer than any pharmacy I have ever been too. They are nice, just terribly understaffed. I moved to Safeway pharmacy after Bartells closed. I think I’ll have to transfer everything to Walgreens.

This pharmacy is under staffed. I always have to wait in a long line and only one person working the line.

I rarely leave a one star review but people should be warned about this pharmacy. My prescriptions were messed up on occasion during the past three years but we stayed because it was convenient. Recently though, things have really gone downhill. This past prescription refill they only filled half. Then said the second half would be in on the following Monday. I got the text to come pick it up and when I arrived it wasn’t there. I was told I should call every time before coming in to pick up the prescription. They then said it would be in on Friday. Fast forward another week and called again and they still do not have it. They told us we could call around to other Safeways in the region to see if anyone else has it. We asked why they couldn’t do that and they said their system won’

Worse pharmacy. Been going there 15 years, called today about my meds that were called in yesterday then they said they would be ready by 4pm, get there and were told they were out and weren't going to get that medication anymore! What kind of pharmacy doesnt get meds. Called another pharmacy and they have them, safeway said they were out, then they said they would be in on monday and then said they wont be getting them at all in the same conversation. We will be transferring all our meds to Olympic. These meds I cant just stop taking. Don't bother going there. They had the best pharmacist for a long time until he quit now they have a bunch of inadequate employees that could of easily told me they were out when I called 2 different times today. I'm not understanding how they can say they
