The cleaning was over the top amazing—hands down one of the most thorough and comfortable cleanings I’ve ever had. Every step was explained so clearly, which immediately put me at ease and made me feel confident about my dental health. The dentist took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and explained what to expect moving forward at my next appointments. I was quite happy that I started out with North Harbor Dentistry at first. Dr. Preiss and the dental hygienist were amazing with my dental care. I did not run into any problems with my dental cleaning. I also opted for the invisalign treatment. They have up-to-date technology for invisalign and provided great care during this process. The main reason I am leaving this clinic now is that I did not look forward to scheduling for my next appointment walking out. I was met with bare minimum customer service. Every time I walked out of that clinic I did not feel like I was treated with kindness. I could not shake the feeling that I was targeted. I had also run into a problem with them when I had ordered my retainers via text with them and so I waited a month only to call them again to follow u

I took my mom into North Harbor Dentistry due to a broke tooth and tooth pain. The location was handicap accessible, we were greeted with warm smiles immediately and my mother was seen with no wait. She had a full exam with X-rays and 3-dimensional color images. Dr. Matt explained her diagnosis using visual aids and provided a comprehensive treatment plan. The office gave me a full estimate of the treatment plan before we least. My mom had a great cleaning and was treated with respect. Highly recommend this office.

Everyone there Is wonderful! Very thorough but never rushed. Going to the dentist is kind of stressful for me but they always make me feel relaxed and calm. They are sooooo patient and understanding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!
