Safeway Pharmacy

By far the best pharmacy I've ever been to. I've been coming here for nearly 2 decades and they take care of everything for my entire family. The pharmacists and techs are super patient and helpful!!!

If I could give zero stars or negative stars, I would. This really is the worst pharmacy I've ever been too. They open late, the customer service is horrible, they bill/code incorrectly almost every time and most importantly, they never have the prescriptions ready! Anyone who is taking life saving medications know how important it is to have your prescriptions filled on time or within a reasonable time. As the other reviewer mentioned, they tell you a time it will be ready and it is NEVER ready. I'm not talking about a few minutes but DAYS late. If you try to do the nice thing and give them more time to fill it, that is a mistake because they will never get to it. You have to keep driving all the way back to the store to keep checking on it. I've had horrible experiences in trying to reach the pharmacy staff via the telephone. I understand staffing shortages, if that is the issue. However, even if I'm put on hold after they answer the phone, I would have appreciated it. I will take my business elsewhere.

Called too ask when a script would be ready. It wasn't even started, they said they didn't even have it? then the lady said "oh wait i lied, here it is right in my face I'll start it right away" then immediately hung up on me! Well.. I assumed it would be ready soon and so i drive there and when I arrived it was not ready or even started infact! After i gave my name they had to extensively search and finally find it AGAIN, because they didn't even start it... they said the wait would be 10 minutes. Well...35 minutes later I find out the insurance isn't going to cover it and they don't know why? And I kept asking the price and I didn't get one until they kept asking for my card.... This is a terribly disastrous pharmacy, no guidance or order it's complete chaos. At least 6 ladys there not

They *consistently* do not answer their phone during business hours, their phone system does not allow you to leave a message to get a call back, and their website is useless. This is the most difficult pharmacy to work with. Avoid.
