Highly recommend calling ahead to push the techs here to fill your prescription. I waited 40 minutes there only for them to work on the prescription after I waited in line a second time (overheard one of them saying they forgot to do it).

The people in the deli department is so slow and the food never looks fresh. I love Safeway, but this particular one need to step up their service. Every Friday they have a deal, therefore it should be more people in the deli available to help.

Yes, I sadly have to agree with the other posters. This Safeway Pharmacy is not timely with prescriptions. They are better if we give them a day or two to fill them. Also, it's best to call first to verify that the prescription is ready. If you're old and/or disabled, picking up prescriptions is somewhat of a hardship because you must walk across the entire store to the back wall area, just to discover your prescription isn't ready! You either have to wait —and the pharmacy has no chairs for people to sit— or leave and come back another time. My experience has been somewhat frustrating. Over time, the Pharmacy’s customer service has become much less frustrating now that they are more familiar with me, my medication

Worst experience ever . They are soo rude and annoying all the time . Every month I have issues with my pick up my medicane never ready on the time . When I ask for it and they says we dnt have it ready for you come tomorrow then I have to explain its urgent and I can’t skip my medicane and then this lady works their give you attitude look and reply rudely says pick up around 7 pm we dnt have it right now .
