I always have a great experience with Dr. Rajnish Gupta. He is an excellent dermatologist who truly listens to his patients. During my appointment, he took the time to hear all of my concerns and addressed each one carefully. I never felt rushed, and he made sure to ask thoughtful questions so he could fully understand what was going on. Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable and explains things clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan he recommended. Dr. Gupta is a star!!! He always remembers me which is nice as I don’t feel like a number. He is informative and answers all my questions. He takes the time to address all of my concerns right then and there so I don’t have to return for small things; of course some issues DO have to be revisited. He is very friendly and has a very nice demeanor which always makes me feel comfortable.

Dr Gupta is the best once you get into to see him, but he is the ONLY dermatologist at PAMF so it takes months to get an appointment and an hour wait to finally get to see him for 10 minutes. Palo Alto Medical center needs to do better and hire more doctors and get back to patient care not lining the pockets of the their CEO!
