Safeway Pharmacy

I love this pharmacy team! They remember me and are so professional. They have filled a prescription when I needed it that day for motion sickness. Dr Ed and Katie have been a positive example to the new members of their Safeeway team.

Suddenly declined to renew contract with Medicaid, without warning, leaving many patients including myself without access to medications. Over the holidays, too! My local pharmacy for Christmas declined my pain medications and my wife's blood pressure, heart and diabetes medication. This organization doesn't care if their actions result in death or injury if you are below a certain income level. Beware.

Poor services and unprofessional staff including female two managers/supervisors. The charged my insurance but I never picked up the medicine while the staff told the lady that she made the wrong transaction infront of me despite that the the supervisor with white hair was so rude and unprofessional with me. Made Wait an hour but couldn't help. Still I have to go and ask for update. Don't recommend this pharmacy inside the safeway at pac hwy.

They had a guy there with long hair,telling me about i should told him to remove stuff from the bag and then he told me to never come back. He is rude.

Literally in here all the time. Usually always have my ID with me. The one time I don't have it I asked them if there's a security question I can ask or anything else I can do. They treat me like a criminal. At that time they said they could wave it just this once but I was so upset, I just walked out. Do better for your customers Safeway. I used to live in Maple valley and never had issues. Even though we're all the way in Des Moines I'm definitely going to move My daughter's prescriptions back to Maple Valley. They are a lot more patient understanding and just overall considerate.
