heartfelt review for Puget Sound Transitional Care: I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my mother Linda, received at Puget Sound Transitional Care. The level of attention, compassion, and professionalism demonstrated by the staff truly made a positive difference in her recovery journey. The physical therapy team was attentive and thorough, helping her regain strength and confidence each day. The social work team provided valuable support and guidance, making sure her emotional and social needs were also met during this transitional period. A special thank you to Kim, Marketing & Admissions Director who went above and beyond by ensuring that a comfortable room was ready with all the essentials prior to her arrival. Her thoughtful preparation made Mom feel welcomed and cared f

This place could possibly be the worst care facility in the area, my 93 year old mother was in this hell hole for almost 2 months before we could get her into a adult family home, the nursing staff was lazy, uncaring, my mother didn't receive a shower for almost 2 weeks before I had realized that this was taking place, the food was so bad and always served cold!!..always!!..there were some instances were I was sure what it even was. This place was dirty and stunk of urine and well you can guess the rest. They did change the bedding after my mother had in spilled coffee and even after she had an accident in her bed.i had to ask them to change them..really!!..she would push her call button but no one would show up...I would have to go get someone to help. This happens alot!!..please if you h

wife with compassionate, professional care and always treat her with kindness and respect. It’s clear that they are dedicated to the well-being of their residents. The food, in my opinion, is very good, which makes the entire experience much more comfortable. The staff is also highly skilled, especially in using the Hoyer lift, which is essential for my wife’s trips to the Kidney Center. Their proficiency ensures that her dialysis routine is smooth and stress-free. Beyond just the care for residents, there is a strong sense of teamwork and dedication among the staff. They genuinely care for one another, and that love extends to both residents and their families. One thing I truly appreciate is the longevity of the direct care staff. Under new management, the culture is evolving toward e

I have been here for almost a week now. Food is good and you are fead enough. The staff tryes hard to keep you comfortable and on the mend. Most being very nice to you. The one a major complaint I have is my roommate who is quite nice can't hear and they have both tvs just above where I sleep. He has his tv on full volume 24 hours a day making my stay very miserable. He'll I can't even think or recover. Asked to be moved or if they would do anything about it but no one seams to care. So that why I rate this so low. Also bathrooms are shared and the guy from the other room pisses over the whole toilet making it every time I have to clean it before I use it.and it's hard to do in my condition. Plus if you want anything and you push your button it takes the orderly up to an hour to respond. Ot
