They've always been helpful and timely with filling my prescriptions. Usually if there is a problem it isn't the pharmacy's fault, it's the insurance company. They're always nice when I pick up.

This lady at the pharmacy at the reception she is unbelievable rude And unprofessional I never see something like that my whole life I don’t know how they get those people in those sensitive spot people come to the pharmacy. They are sick. And the reception lady just treat everybody rudely Worst lady, I ever see my whole life and at the end My medicine never ready and I’m on Pain I told her that she say is not my problem So my advice just order your medicine anywhere else this is smoke shop not Pharmacy( if you don’t like your job just quit)

Nina Phan’s direct supervisor and the pharmacy board will be absolutely hearing from me very soon about my experience with her that I had early this week. She was wildly inappropriate, asking me questions that were not any of her business and something I had already handled with my doctor. Then continued to belittle me and seemed to enjoy having her power trip being able to go against my docs orders to refill a prescription for me and making me wait, just because of her own personal reasons for not wanting to, not because they had a shortage of the medication. It was uncalled for in so many different ways.

Absolute trash. They let you pay for same day delivery and then don't deliver. Then when you call, they say they don't offer same day after already charging you for it. They are also extremely rude. Instead of trying to solve anything, they cancelled my prescription delivery at 8 PM ! after waiting all day. Why bother wasting people's time?

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Just switched pharmacies because EVERY TIME I come to this one it's a nightmare. I get told 20 minute wait, but it ends up being closer to 45, then they're irritated with me for checking in. Staff is always snarky and rude. Tired of being treated badly for simply picking up prescriptions for my family. Bye, see ya never!
