Safeway Pharmacy

Have had constant problems and the thick girl with glasses is just rude. Always rude no matter the question or transaction. She alone is going to make them lose alot of customers

No Star for Safeway Colville Pharmacy. I have had issues last 3 years with this pharmacy. No notification that my prescription ready for pick up, instead I get a voice message saying if I do not pick it up they will restock it, or the message says they called 3 times. Funny about cell phones, it tells me when you called or even how many times and it was NONE. I was directed to go to a link provided by text to set it up "again" and still not text or call. i called in 2 scipts 6/2/25 and I called to check if ready 6/5/25 and was told waiting for Auth for "it"- there were 2 I said- Effer-K she looked in her system and said we will start on it "NOW". I used to get notified when ready for pick up, then it stopped and nothing but rudeness and runaround.

I tried to get a prescription filled 5 times with no luck. Needed a “prior authorization” from insurance and the dark-haired lady pharmacist with glasses basically refused to help me. It was insulting and embarrassing and I will NEVER USE THEIR PHARMACY AGAIN. She didn’t give two hoots about my health or my situation. She would be FIRED at Super 1 or Walmart pharmacy, where the staff actually CARE ABOUT PEOPLE. TAKE A HIKE SAFEWAY PHARMACY !!

Blatantly disregards their responsibilites, doctors and insurances have been attempting to contact them for over a month to approve prescriptions and the pharmacists have been intentionally dodging the calls and refusing to cooperate with any pharmecutical professionals outside their building and not taking voicemails or messages

I have been using this pharmacy for two and a half years. I find the staff are typically jovial/ kind. I have never had a problem with that aspect of this pharmacy. However, for nearly two and a half years, any time I've needed my refills called in to the doctor it has taken an excessive amount of time. Not to mention when I changed my insurance, I had to call the insurance, the doctor, the pharmacy, just to update it. They put this on me as if I wasn't communicating something clearly. The insurance and doctor both seemed confused by my calls, saying that typically the stuff I was asking about would be handled by the pharmacy. It would seem to me after being out of my medication multiple times while using this pharmacy, that they are putting in the bare minimum effort to help their custome
