So far so good. This was the best medical experience i have had in 5 years of living in the Colville area.

I can't say enough about how awesome and caring the staff and Doctor were at this incredible care center. I was thankful just to find a place to go on a Sunday and lucked into the Heartland Clinic. I was seen right away and was taken excellent care of all the way up to insuring I got my much needed meds on a Sunday when everything was closing. The cost was a tenth of any other local ER at even better service. This caring facility should be the model of healthcare Nationwide. Again. I was overwhelmed with the great care and reasonable cost. yes!

Dr Bacon and the entire staff at Heartland Medicine are fantastic. I had been having some troubling symtoms and Dr Bacon figured out what was wrong after it was missed by multiple other doctors. Certainly this is because he is incredibly intelligent, patient and thorough. I was really worried, but he explained the diagnosis with compassion and kindness and got me set up with needed referrals. He treated me with honesty and respect throughout. I am on my way to getting things taken care of and I feel so relieved, like a weight has lifted. The front desk staff are helpful and wonderful too. I am super grateful to have this amazing clinic and provider in our small community! I feel like they really care about each and every patient and it cannot be an easy job!! Dr. Bacon is absolutely the best doctor I’ve ever seen. He treats me with respect, dignity and grace and he is also extremely intelligent and very compassionate. I’ve never met a doctor who truly cares the way he does. My mom was so scared about what she was going through, but Dr. Bacon made her feel at ease and calm. He gave her the best care and was very thorough, as she needed several tests done. Everyone in the office is so kind and competent as well. The “Heart” in Heartland is truly there!
