Safeway Pharmacy

Three times, I've been told MISINFO that was made up. The pharmacist wasn't surprised when i complained. No "sorry to hear that." hello?????? i couldn't get my medication because they .... didn't fill it out for me and didn't order it to be delivered to their pharmacy. i doubt that the bad one(s) were trained better after that. proof? Happened again yesterday. "it's at Hayward because the dr sent it over there." "can I get it transferred here?" "you'll have to call them." i did. Hayward tech was a dud. liked to argue and make facts up about me. i called CV back. she or they didn't feel like answering. Just sent me in a loop over and over 'til I hung up. i dealt directly with the automatic line and I ordered my med and the automatic line told me "it's ready by Mon. at three PM. Call back i

Waited in line for 20 minutes for a vaccine, had an appt still had to wait in line to check in. A white man cuts the entire line for vaccines and the pharmacy tech allowed him to do so. When I mention I was waiting in line and have an appt too, I had to remain in line. This lady stopped helping the customer she was ringing up to help the gentlemen cut the line. His is white… I’m black… unacceptable!!!! Happened 10/10/24 6pm. NOT OK! Treat all patients as equal safeway pharmacy team. He was not handicap or sick so there was no excuse for the discrimination with treatment.

The bakery department went above and beyond for my son’a birthday cake ! They did not have the figures arriving in time for the day of the cake to be made so they ordered them on Amazon Prime to make sure he got his soccer themed cake ! All the staff is friendly and sweet I will definitely be going back again 😊

The castro valley pharmacy has been great. I send all my scripts there

We go to this pharmacy often. The clerk named Stephanie has always been very rude and loves to argue over medication prices. We are switching to another pharmacy due to her poor service.
