Truly such an amazing staff, they’re extremely patient and caring. My family and I have been picking up our prescriptions from them for a while now and they’re so helpful with any questions we have or concerns :-)

The technician there today is super rude and unfriendly or helpful. Also had to call 6 times and block the last call so she would actually pick up the phone. Showed up and even though my doctor had verified electronically she lied and said she didn't receive anything even though my doctor showed me otherwise. I have never had an issue until today. Melody who is normally there is super nice, caring and helpful. The pharmacy technician today shouldn't be doing this job let alone anywhere else. Whoever runs this pharmacy needs to get rid of her.

Very helpful in locating my prescription from Walgreens, then the wrong Safeway, and the wrong #of pills. They resolved it all the same day and ready in 290mins!!! Thank you !!

The pharmacy staff is supposed to be on lunch from 1:15-2p however when I arrived today, the pharmacy gates were closed at 1p. The gentleman was still working behind the counter but obviously didn’t want customers bothering him before lunch *while they were still open!!* Super unprofessional and rude. Went to give customer service feedback about the issue and there was no one at the counter. I understand with Covid that everywhere is understaffed but a manager should be present. Will have my prescriptions transferred elsewhere.

I am writing this review to Niveen for all my recommendations. She helped me during the weekend for my dog prescription, she patiently answered all my questions, gave me all the suggestions, and resolve my urgency with such a professional manner. Really appreciate Niveen! Thanks
