I am just amazed by the pharmacist in this Safeway as they go above and beyond for their clients. They’re willing to spend time and effort to help you and are very thorough. They’ve helped me to understand billing, pointed out what vaccines I still need, and have helped me to save money where I didn’t even know I could. Thank you so much for helping me with adulting, today, Jason!

I highly recommend the Safeway Pharmacy on Burke Centre Parkway for its exceptional service and convenience. The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive. Pharmacists are good. New lady in front is easily confused and hands out incorrect meds and is super slow

The pharmacists and technicians at this location are fantastic. Nicole spent over an hour on the phone today to secure a manufacturer discount on my name brand medication. She did not give up and saved me over $75. I can't say enough about her and the rest of the staff. I am transferring all my prescriptions to this pharmacy.

This place used to be the best pharmacy. Since their experts retired and they changed their computer system, they are unbelievably slow and terrible with customer service. They outright lie about the times prescriptions will be ready, they send you text messages telling you your prescription is ready when it isn't, and then they give you a hard time and make fun of you when you ask to simply fill the prescription early and pay put of pocket to avoid the aforementioned problem. They also will make unprofessional, unsolicited calls to your personal phone number to try and justify their previous unprofessional behavior. Worse than Wal-Mart. Be prepared to not have your prescription on time.
