Safeway Pharmacy

This Safeway pharmacy is excellent in every way. Been going for years. The staff is always helpful and polite. I will never go anywhere else.

Clean, kind, respectful and helpful all the time. These folks manage my rx's better than any other pharmacy I've ever used. Highly recommend. A+ service always.

Staff lack customer service. The pharmacy technician could not assit with the location of over the counter eye drops and the pharmacist was not helpful with recommendations for allergy eye drops. An elderly female came to the counter and was ignored when she informed the staff she was feeling faint. Would not recommend this pharmacy, they need a refresher course on customer service.

This pharmacy is wonderful. I always get my vaccines there. They remember me. There is a comfortable waiting area and procedure room.

I feel things don't get any better without complaining. Web site says closed but store is open. One person I. Line and only one selfservice open . Waiting for associate to help the one customer. Not once did associate mention there was one other machine on the other side that was turned on. No to busy on her phone. Due to poor service I stopped going to greenbelt Safeway. Let's reteach good service. I don't have these issues in Virginia
