DO NOT GET YOUR VACCINATIONS HERE Shot was rushed, careless, and unprofessional. The pharmacist looked like she was getting ready to leave (had her personal belongings on the patient chair ) and gave me the shot in a random chair in the waiting area instead of a private space. She didn’t even confirm what vaccine she was giving me before administering it. She also inserted the needle, then paused and actually pulled the needle partway out before pushing it back in and continuing the injection. I heard and saw air bubbles in the syringe before and during the process. Didn’t get a bandage afterwards for the blood and had to ask at the counter afterwards. The whole experience felt careless and made me question whether the shot was done safely. I’ve had shots many times before and never exp
Incredibly short-staffed. They didn't fill a prescription, my doctor called it in again, and they still won't fill it. Over the course of several days I called 30+ times, and they didn't answer the phone once. The actual pharmacists are decent, but it doesn't matter when there aren't enough of them. DO NOT GO HERE! THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS PLACE DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS!!
Very short staffed!! I went to get my wife’s medicine that was called in the day before and they said it would take about 30 minutes. Ok so I did some shopping and went back was told by the next person that it would be about an hour longer because they are a little backed up. So I waited and went back exactly 1 hour and was told by another person that it would be another 1 1/2 hours I told her what the last 2 people said and she said sorry it is what it is we are very understaffed. Guess this is why they have such a low rating score.
I would not choose this pharmacy. The pharmacists here, especially the main male here, are very condescending and will not take the time to work with you on anything. When a prescription that I had received previously came up as much higher than it used to after I switched insurance, they acted like it was a huge pain to see if the generic version would be much cheaper. I understand that insurance companies/doctors control many aspects of the prescription. However, pharmacies do have some control and at the very least can be patient and help you troubleshoot why you are not receiving your medication. For instance, I was taken off their notification list to refill a prescription because I aged out of my previous insurance. I had to figure that out on my own. When I asked them why I was tak
I recently moved out of state and transferred a med to CVS close by. They did not have it in stock, so I was told to transfer. I was not able to reach anyone on the phone at several different times and days. I live 30 minutes away from a pharmacy, so I’m not in town frequently. Four days after initiating the transfer at Safeway, I checked at CVS and there was a hold on my prescription. I went in person to Safeway and there was no record of my transfer. The transfer process would have to start again. This ordeal took three weeks to get this prescription meaning I missed over a week of meds. This is unacceptable. Luckily it’s not a lifesaving med, but this is concerning knowing this could happen to someone who needs their meds to stay alive. Online pharmacies are the way to go.
