Safeway Pharmacy

OK, so this weekend pharmacist is a total joke. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for three years and getting my prescriptions without problem. Everybody else has been pretty helpful but I’ve come here on a Sunday and a pharmacist I’ve never seen before she’s got braids is saying that she can’t feel my prescription because she has to check my location of my doctor which my doctor has been in touch with these people many times so I asked her if she’s a new pharmacist and she said I’m actually no I’ve been here for five years thanks bye and walked away. I don’t even that it was like unprofessional uneducated and I don’t even know what she’s doing working here. She should be fired immediately. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

This pharmacy has terrible customer service. I’m sad to say I referred family here before finding this out for myself. After hearing of the terrible experience my family members had shortly after they started to use this Safeway Pharmacy, I thought my service has always been ok. Nothing amazing but ok. Then I too got to experience their poor customer service as well. I’m working to have all my prescriptions moved to another local pharmacy that actually gets good customer feedback and appears to offer good service.

Terrible customer service, I made it to get my prescription at 1:27 knowing they close at 1:30 and I apologized for being so close to their lunch but they still wouldn’t help me. Take your prescription else where because they truly don’t care.

Always have the best experiences here, don't understand all the negative comments. Bradley has always been very good at explaining to me everything and all possible side effects! Love that man ! Always has a smile on his face and happy go lucky attitude! Makes my day when I see his face.

Went here when they first opened in the morning with my toddler(who was not very patient) to get his prescription, there were two older ladies working and both stared at me for 20 minutes before speaking to me. One of them finally assisted me and said my sons prescription wasn't in. I assume they spelled the name wrong but wouldnt confirm. I called his pediatrician and he confirmed it was there. I had it sent to RiteAid instead. Don't waste your time here. And please safeway, hire employees that actually care about their customers not just a paycheck.
