Rxpress Pharmacy

We’ve been using this pharmacy for several years and have never experienced exceptional service. The staff has consistently been unfriendly and unhelpful, often making you feel like a burden for simply asking a question. Communication is unreliable — sometimes you’re notified when a prescription is ready, other times it’s been sitting there without any notice. Overall, the service feels dismissive and lacks any sense of customer care. I’ve since switched to Amazon Pharmacy, where prescriptions are delivered directly to my home almost always the same day as ordering (for the same price as going to a physical pharmacy) — no dealing with rude staff or waiting wondering if your prescription is ready. I’m glad I made the switch and would recommend others consider doing the same.

They open at 930 which is late to begin with. Waited until 935 and two people got out of their cars and unlocked the doors. I walked in they started booting up their co outer and didnt start helping me until 941. I had called the night prior and they said that my prescription had been filled and was ready to pick up. It had not been filled nor was ready to pick up. They said they would fill quickly for me after telling me ther didnt accept my insurance which is blue shield- an extremely common insurance. Need prescription asap so wasn't willing to wait as they had already made me late for work. At 947 they called the actual pharmacist to ask where he was and said that he was running "5 minutes late". I have been working with Rxpress Pharmacy for about 5 years now! They have been so helpful in getting all the residents and staff up to date on all of their immunizations every time we set up apt. I highly recommend this pharmacy! Very professional and super easy to work with. They also complete all the vaccine reporting on the Washington State Immunization Site, which is extremely helpful!!

Great mom and pops pharmacy. Kind,caring,professional. Only thing is they can't use coupons cuz its a small family run pharmacy. So much better than any of the big chain pharmacies.

Been going here about a year for my cat's rx and EVERY TIME, there's ALWAYS an issue with being told the rx is ready and when I get there - it's NEVER READY. Today was THE LAST STRAW. The rx was called in last Thursday 8/14/25. Received a voicemail stating it would be ready at 4pm. Went Saturday to pick it up, they were closed. Went to pick it up today and guess what? NOT READY!!!! Going to Kirk in Puyallup from now on.
