Safeway Pharmacy

This is probably the worst take pharmacy I’ve used. They act like you are inconveniencing them when to go pick up a prescription. It’s a really strange dynamic and clearly the baseline is consistently through multiple visits. I’m not sure why they are miserable but I hope they find reasons to be happy.

Safeway Pharmacy on Housely Road in Annapolis, Maryland is the best! All of the employees and Pharmacist are so helpful, patience, very detailed, professional and wonderful. I hugely appreciate everything that they provide to their customers! Thank you all so much!

They mislabeled my child’s meds, 4 bottles, and I had to go back to the pharmacy to have it fixed. It could have been dangerous. Our other experiences there were not great, but this was unacceptable . I won’t use them again.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. The staff is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. On 09/06/2024 around 11am I called to see the status of my rx. I was greeted on the phone with a harsh tone by what sounded like a female. I was yelled at, talked over, and could barely get a word in. I was given no help or answers. Time to find a better pharmacy. Don’t go here because they go out of their way to make it difficult.
