I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Chen! She is incredibly gentle, making even the most anxious patients feel at ease. Her kindness shines through in every interaction, and she truly takes the time to listen and explain everything thoroughly. Plus, her wonderful personality makes visiting the dentist something to look forward to. I couldn’t recommend her and the whole office staff enough!

Dr. Chen and her team are very kind and made me feel comfortable after not being to the dentist in a few years. I’m typically anxious at the dentist, but they made the experience very easy! They also were very helpful regarding figuring out my insurance coverage. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone here from front desk, dental assistant and dentist are great people. The front desk girls were caring and helpful they asked the questions and got me in same day appointment for an emergency exam & X-rays in a matter of minutes. Not too mention I called a few places and they denied same day service. Once I came in the FD girls were welcoming and very polite. I barely waited in the waiting room got called in by the dental assistant for X-rays she was also very polite and understanding. I was in a lot of pain so even the slightest touch was very painful. She walked me through the process and it was quick and pain free. Finally after a few minutes the Doctor walks in Dr. Chen she was also very polite and caring, there wasn’t much that could be down but she was informative and helpful
