I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this because Dr. Randazzo truly has some wonderful employees who deserve recognition. Lori, the dental hygienist, is amazing—so personable and welcoming, which instantly makes the experience more comfortable. The new woman at the front desk is an absolute gem as well. My first interaction with her was over the phone when I needed to change an appointment, and then again in person. She was pleasant, helpful, and such a pleasure to deal with. It’s clear this office values great staff, and it really shows.

My experience was the best ever. Ever girl in the office was so pleasant and made me feel so comfortable and I am very nervous going to the dentist. Dr. Randazzo explained everything and was so caring and kind. I highly recommend this dentist to everyone. Just sitting talking with the girls is a pleasure. Thank you for making my experience great

I have been going to Anthony Randazzo’s practice for over 15 years at this point. Before he ever took over the practice. He has been the best dentist I’ve had my whole life, he does amazing work, always professional, and always a pleasant experience in his office. I’ve also had the same hygienist there for over 20 years, Lori is absolutely amazing and would recommend her to everyone!

I’ve been a patient at Randazzo Dental for over 10 years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best dental practices around. The team is consistently professional, kind, and attentive, and they always make sure I’m comfortable and well-informed at every visit. Dr. Randazzo and the entire staff truly care about their patients—whether it’s a routine cleaning, more in-depth dental work, or just answering questions, they take their time and never make you feel rushed. The office at 337 Market Street in Saddle Brook is clean, modern, and well-run, and appointments are always on time. After a decade with them, I wouldn’t trust my dental care to anyone else. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with Randazzo Dental’s lack of compassion. I had a genuine family emergency that required me to leave the country unexpectedly, and they refused to waive the cancellation fee. I’ve been a good, loyal patient, but they preferred to lose a client over a fee rather than show understanding during an emergency. Not the kind of patient care or empathy I expect from a healthcare provider. Not everything is about money, so I thought. Definitely not a good experience.
