I don’t know of how many businesses I can honestly say “it is a pleasure doing business with you” but Sacksteder is absolutely one of those businesses. I don’t even have a crazy story to tell about, just that day in, day out, they are wonderful to work with. They are incredible with my young (and at times dramatic kids), exceptionally helpful to me with all scheduling and insurance needs, and just all around thoughtful. While I am not picking my kids orthodontist based on a latte machine in the lobby, it certainly makes my crazy mornings better… and that is just one example of the little, thoughtful things they do to make your experience as good as it possibly can be. I can’t recommend them enough!

My son had an expander and my daughter braces. This orthodontist practice is the best. Dr. Sacksteder is so knowledgeable and super great with my children who tend to be more sensitive at the dentist and orthodontist. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Excellent staff that is warm and friendly they always make sure you’re comfortable during every appointment. Dr. Sacksteder was amazing so friendly and amazing work. I was so happy to have found this place after moving to Charlotte from the DMV. I was in Charlotte for 8 months looking for someone that would take a transfer patient who had had braces from another location. I was so happy when my dentist recommended that I try Sacksteder orthodontics and it has been a great experience from start to finish.

Dr. Saksteder and team provided quite simply the best experience I have ever had with any dental work. Ever!. First of all, the office is impeccable. The staff is absolutely friendly, accomodating and professional. I had some personal scheduling issues due to a long overseas travel and the lengths they went to just to make sure I had my aligners ready was surprisingly pleasant! I 100% recommend Dr. Saksteder to anyone looking to improve their health and smile. Thank you, team for my new smile! :D
