Sachem Center for Health abd Rehabilitation

Horrible! My mother in law was staying here for a while. Some of the nurses were great. The administration was horrible. The social worker has no empathy. Now they have her money and tell us they don't know how we can get it!! It's not a lot of money but it's supposed to help with funeral cost now that she passed! We just paid for it. My wife has tried to contact them again and again! AVOID THIS PLACE!

I am very pleased to be writing this: Since my wife's admission intake on June 30, until today, August, 8, my experience with every staff member or representative of Sachem Health and Rehabilitation Center in E. Bridgewater has been over the top in comparison with six other like facilities (4 in Massachusetts, 2 in Florida) with which I have had close personal experience. The professionalism, competence, and sincere care for patients and family members has been exemplary. To know that my wife is being treated with such professional care and sincere kindness is worth the long distance I must travel from Wellfleet, out on Cape Cod, even in summer resort traffic. DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. They stole my mom’s clothes and tried telling me they don’t know where they are. They put them on other clients I seen a lady wearing my mom’s pants. This place is a huge joke !!! Any belongings that were there you will not get back !

This facility has provided wonderful care to my loved one. She has so much fun at the various events they schedule, like the Halloween party and most recently, the New Year’s Eve celebration! The staff (nurses, CNAs, the admin staff/receptionst) are all so lovely and supportive. It is such a relief knowing my loved one is in such great hands!!!

I appreciate Sachem for so much! They are always attentive to my special person, caring for her in such loving ways. The building is always clean, and the food is good. Activities are ample and fun, involving everyone. Thankful that she is there.
