I have been searching for a primary care doctor that actually listens and cares for so long. Every office was full. I found Theresa almost by mistake and I am so glad I did! She is incredible. She is kind, caring, atttentivw. Getting appointments is easy, even if I have to see someone else all the staff is amazing. I travel from Plymouth just to see Theresa. If you are looking for the perfect primary care, especially Middle Aged women, Theresa and Nova Medical is the place to go. 10/10.

I have been a patient of Dr. Aakash Patel since long time, and I can confidently say he is an exceptional primary care physician. Dr. Patel is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. He takes the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and explains medical information in a clear and understandable way. Dr. Patel did a fabulous job my check up and Took the time to listen to my concerns and provide guidance. The advice he is giving me over the years I have found incredible period from dietary guidance to over-the-counter medications. I have even referring my own kids to him. Following his advice as my doctor has been greatly appreciated as my health has gotten significantly better over the last several years.

So grateful for Dr. Patel, Theresa and all other staff at Nova Medical. Theresa is always very professional, pleasant and attentive. She listens attentively and questions me further regarding my concerns. I definitely felt heard and not rushed. And a thank you to Shannon at the front desk who was able to correct an error in their computer system so that I can now successfully access the website and my records.

I had a physical on Feb 26th with Theresa Franny. I was very happy with the care & attention to detail I received. I would be very comfortable seeing Theresa Franny for my future health care needs. My check in at the front desk was quick, easy and friendly, as was my initial interaction with the nurse.
