He did Mohs work on my face - I had a 1 cm cut and it is INVISIBLE after only 10 days.

I really get annoyed when I arrive on time and I first sit in the waiting room and then again in the treatment room. 40 min and still waiting to see the doctor for my scheduled appointment. My time is as valuable as the doctor and the excuse that things come up is nonsense. Book two less appointments a day. In this case I am even paying out of pocket. It’s annoying and disrespectful to us.

I was recommend to see Dr. Ciatti by one of his associates for a pilonidal cyst removal. I scheduled the appointment specifying it was a pilonidal cyst but after waiting 90+ minutes in the office, he told me that he does not remove pilonidal cysts. He said the appointment should never have been scheduled. While frustrating, this would have been fine. Instead, I was charged for the appointment! Absolutely ridiculous!! Refused to speak with me on the bill and was only able to communicate with billing.

I am so pleased with the outcome of my facial surgery performed by Dr. Ciatti on the bridge of my nose. He was sensitive to my questions, and removed all of the cancer cells by using the Mohs surgery method. He was an "artist" at closing up my wound and there isn't any noticeable scarring. I had confused my appointments. I thought I was coming in for a checkup but instead the office prepared to do surgery on my nose.I told the staff that I was not prepared for work on my nose. Dr. Ciatti stormed into the room, accused me of being rude to his staff and then told me that he has streams of people coming in to see him. He said "I am busy every day and you are just a dime" - and then he stopped. I finished his sentence for him. "I am just a dime a dozen, is that what you wanted to say?" I am an RN and have dealt with rude and arrogant doctors during my career. He was not a surprise. His true self rose to the surface. As a dermatologist he is perfection. The work he did on my face is invisible. However I will find another MOHS doctor who has manners and is respectful of his patie
