Doctor & his staff are super careless. Don’t go there & don’t make him as your pcp. You will die but they don’t help you. If we want to talk on call with doctor the lady assistant said we will call you back in 5 minutes but they don’t. It happens 3 times with me. Much more disgusting about them. Just avoid them.

Terrible phone etiquette!!! I called from a Dr. office in regards to a patient and the person who answered lie about the Doctor not working there and hung up in my face. When I called back they didn’t answered and the answering service stated it’s the Doctor office o was asking for. I called off my personal number and she hung up on me again and called my number back cursing me and hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE, THEE WORST PHONE ETIQUETTE

I'd never recommend this service to my worst enemy! The lady that answered the phone on Monday August 26th hung up the phone while i was still trying to explain my situation! She was very unprofessional ! She doesn't know how to do her job ! And she doesn't even answer the phone if she knows you're calling! Such a waste of time and energy don't go here

The best doctor in Brooklyn ! Very knowledgeable, experienced and kind. Gives you full attention and time. Listens to you and come up with best meds and advice. Highly recommended and wait time is short.

The lady scams people she take all your money and turns phone off when you call her. She’s not even a doctor she don’t know what she’s doing. Like everyone there don’t know what they are doing not even qualified. They over charge and lie.
