I can’t believe my insurance will be charged for the experience I just had. I spent less than 5 minutes in the exam room and the doctor couldn’t even be bothered to stay in the room long enough for me to ask questions. I don’t think she even looked at the one scan they took. I clean my teeth better when I brush. Don’t come here.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My appointment with Dr. Mon was exceptional! She is a very nice and knowledgable dentist who has years worth of quality experience. Based on the reviews I had read, I was hesitant to see Dr. Mon. However, it's as if people have never been to a doctor of any type before! We don't live in a utopia! As far as I know, I have always waited for varying times in waiting rooms when waiting to see any type of doctor. I patiently waited for my appointment with Dr. Mon, and when I was taken inside, I was greeted very politely, and enjoyed the presence of the doctor as well as the staff. Dr. Mon was very well-informed and helpful, and she took the time to explain every step of my treatment in addition to answering all questions I had. I left the office

If you love your teeth Do not go here for dental cleaning or work. The worst dentist ive ever went to. She does everything fast and the wait time is no less than 30 minutes for a 5 minute visit. I got a filling had the worst pain in my life from that dental work I was in excruciating /throbbing pain and when I went back the dentist just brushed me off and told me to get my tooth removed I never had any issues before this dentist.

Really unprofessional experience. Had an appointment scheduled and they did not honor the time - had to wait an extra 45 minutes for the next appointment so I had to leave. Would not recommend. This also doesn’t seem to be a legitimate dentist. When asked how long teeth cleanings usually are, the front desk attendant said 15 minutes, which was alarming.. the front desk attendant also looked like he was barely out of high school and obviously lacked people skills

This is not a legitimate dentist. I went for a cleaning that lasted less than 5 minutes. I can only describe this as dental fraud, which I have never experienced before. I have never written a review before but felt the need to save others from this experience. I even ignored the poor reviews because I don’t have great coverage and needed a cleaning but this is a fraudulent dentist, please don’t waste your time.
