The building doesn't have any automatic door openers for people that may have handicaps, be in a wheelchair, or (like me) be on crutches temporarily. Thankfully they did have an elevator inside. The office was clean and his staff was professional. Dr. Bird appeared competent and knowledgeable as a dermatologist. However, that is definitely where the positive notes end. He informed (did not ask if I was okay with it) me that an intern would be in the room with us. He didn't ask me my name, or even say it once.
