RX3 Compounding Pharmacy

Vince saved me! I left Richmond for my vacation and forgot my medication. I called in a panic and Vince calmed my nerves and assured me that he was able to overnight my medication to me in time for my vacation. THANK you for Vince for making what I thought was an impossible situation possible.

I was disappointed in every aspect of this pharmacy. Especially considering it’s supposed to be a better experience than a regular retail chain. My provider sent a prescription in on Thursday morning and I called multiple times on Thursday and Friday morning and they had nothing. My provider finally had to call to find out what the problem was and they said that someone was on vacation that normally takes those prescriptions in and so they would start working on it Friday afternoon. I called again Monday at 10 AM and the technician that answered the phone was rude and gave me the impression that she wanted to argue with me rather than help me. I finally spoke with the pharmacist who told me that my prescription may or may not be ready and that she would have to check with the compounding t

Up until this past week I've had good experiences. Apparently it's my turn to have a terrible one. I called on Monday 2/17/25 to request a refill of my pets medications for Pain and severe acid reflux. There was ample time to refill before running out. I spoke to a woman who stated she would take care of that for me. 20 minutes later I received a text stating I was out of refills and your business would contact my vet. I called back as I work for said vet and spoke with a man who checked and verified no refill on file. That was fine however maybe tell the person when you're speaking with them none is available. I then spoke with one of our vet tech's who spoke with the doctor on Tuesday 2/18/25 and approved refills. That tech then called and provided you with refills Tuesday 2/18/25. I the
