Really really rude technician who cut me off whenever I tried to speak, she was misinformed, and to top it all off she pretty much hung up on me. This isn't how to treat patients who rely on medicine, this isn't how to treat anyone. It's very sad that folks have lost hospitality or kindness in general. A little empathy would go along way. I will never ever fill my meds here again. Managers: maybe ask your techs and customer care team to have a respectful attitude and that would help you alot in itself.

I really appreciate this pharmacy, the pharmacies near where I live often run out of my prescriptions and never communicate with me. I have used this pharmacy for 4+ years and tried switching to local pharmacies (simply because they were closer), but always end up switching back here. The delivery people have always been really nice and we end up chatting actually. The employees in the pharmacy are always sooo nice and I love them too 😊 Something important I want to say also is that I've never felt judged for any reason, which I have had happen at other pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS. Just all around great experience and employees this last 4+ years and I recommend them highly (I often do to friends and family). Thank you so much!

HORRIBLE!!! If I could leave negative stars I would. I rely on medication to function. Despite being told my medication is on auto refill, it is not. Not only that, but I have to call (several times because they never pick up the phone) every month to ensure they ACTUALLY fill the medication. By the time it gets delivered, I have been out for days. Ridiculous and downright appalling that healthcare workers care so little about their patients health. You would think one benefit of this place is friendly customer service, unlike retail. WRONG!!! I have been using RX Universal for several years now. Initially, I just used them for one medication that was not available at my local pharmacy and have since had my other medication transferred over to them due to how great they are. Legitimately every single person I have spoken to there is so KIND and helpful. They always go above and beyond. If they are out of a medication or I was late in requesting a refill, they will do everything possible to accommodate me. Every time I interact with someone there, I am left in a good mood. I truly think that being a nice and amiable person must be a requirement to work there because never once, in the 3+ years I have been using them (calling at least once a month) have I spoken with anyone who was less than exceptionally nice and helpful.
