Rx Choice Pharmacy

Very unprofessional and rude. I went to buy a small dropper for $2.50, and the cashier refused to take my card unless I added $1 or made a $10 minimum purchase. When I asked to speak to the manager, they said the manager wasn’t available and refused to call. I explained that this is against New York law, but they didn’t care and told me “you don’t have to buy it here.” Totally unacceptable.

My dad recently suffered a stroke and was discharged from a local hospital and not only did they discharge him really late, they also sent his prescriptions to two separate pharmacies after 5pm. Because of the hospital’s incompetency, they sent some prescriptions to RX Choice, my dad’s regular pharmacy, and others to a pharmacy miles away from our home. We attempted to contact the hospital to fix this- but no luck. We were scrambling to get medications picked up in time to ensure that he -a stroke patient- got his life-saving meds timely. We stopped by RX Choice to pick up the first few medications and found out that the pharmacy had realized the hospital’s error and had all the prescriptions transferred to them. Most important, they always on point, always call you when medication is ready. And they have everything in stock. I don't live near by Pharmacy, but I still drive to them, because of their quality. )))

Biggest scammers!! They only fill your prescription if they make money off it otherwise will tell you they don’t have it. They do exchanges for certain things and will bill your insurance for things you didn’t get. Extremely rude workers.. I would never be back
