Rx Box Pharmacy

I would love to recommend RX Box Pharmacy. The owner/pharmacist, Mario, helped me with a most urgent request which was filled promptly and called me as soon as it was ready. He is kind, personable, compassionate and professional. I feel that he and his staff would go above and beyond for their patients' needs. The fact that this pharmacy fills prescriptions for pets as well as humans is absolutely wonderful. I do not often submit reviews, but I feel that they definitely deserve this recognition. RX box pharmacy has an incredible team that truly goes above and beyond for their patients. They consistently fill prescriptions within an hour of receiving them and even follow up with a phone call once your medication is ready. On a recent holiday when the pharmacy was closed, one of pharmacist Mario, went the extra mile by personally delivering my medication to my mailbox to make sure I'm not without my meds. That kind of dedication is what sets RX Box Pharmacy apart true customer satisfaction. Thank you to the entire team for your care and commitment!

I would love to share my exceptional experience about the pharmacist at your richmond avenue location her name is Stacie and she is amazing. I spent 4 hours going to different pharmacies to help me get a vaccine and everyone rejected me because they could not figure out my insurance. I pulled into the parking lot and saw a small pharmacy and thought ‘this is the last place they'll be able to help’ not only did she remember me from rite aid which i couldnt believe cause i barely went there to begin with but it took 20 minutes and she got me all my RX information and was able to give me the vaccine i spent 4 hours trying to receive. She is absolutely amazing! Thank you.

Store, and pharmacy is new, very clean and efficient. One of three of there pharmacies. Mario was a great help, very nice and polite. No long lines, or wait. I highly recommend.
