I regret not reading the reviews before visiting this practice for my preventive annual check-up—it was a costly mistake. During my visit, they performed basic checks like weight and blood pressure and also drew blood. I had explicitly informed them beforehand that I only wanted blood work covered by my insurance. Despite this, they conducted unnecessary tests, leaving me with a significant bill from LabCorp. When I raised the issue, they denied my request to limit tests to those covered by insurance, falsely claimed I signed a document authorizing additional tests (which I did not), and ultimately blamed my insurance. The staff was completely unhelpful in resolving the matter and showed no willingness to collaborate. I will never return to this practice and strongly advise others to avoi

They are just playing the system. Yearly physicals are supposed to be free and covered under insurance. I went in for a yearly physical and the doctor ordered blood work. But they call you in to see the doctor to review the blood work and charge that as an office visit and not part of the yearly physical.

Angel and Chrisel, Patel and Dr. Hamsa all deserve 5 stars. Professional, warm and took all the time to explain and talk about my health issue. This clinic was my first experience with the American Healthcare System, and it was a relief to have a wonderful experience. I highly recommend, as someone who comes from a family of Doctors and from a country with a very different healthcare system, I felt at home here. Thank you all.

This is quite literally the worst doctors office I have ever been to. Even if you make an appointment you will always wait a minimum one hour. Once, was told they were backed up (at 830 I was supposed to be the first appointment) and I saw the doctor try to sneak in the back at 930! They flat out lied. The doctors are not specialists. Most of them are rude and follow check the box policies. I have had the same prescription for the last 10 years and the doctor makes me come in and do a full consultation every month. If I could find a closer doctor I would switch ! It may even be worth driving an hour to get a qualified doctor and remotely acceptable waiting time. This place is a joke. I would NEVER bring my child here I barely tolerate it for myself out of convenience. The waiting room

I do say lately the practice has improved a lot. The staff is very friendly and doctors are nice too. They do have in house lab , allergy testing and a lot of service which most other primary offices don't have. All doctors are great and always infested in Patient well being. I do see some negative reviews but those are mostly management error which has been Improved a lot lately and the place is great. I am going there more than 4 years now and since last few months they have been significantly improved. Strongly recommend them.
