Consulting Samantha Sarno was one of the best things I've ever done! She took time to talk with me and listen. Meeting with her was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a medical professional. In addition, she phoned me with test results and spent 30 minutes on the phone. She's terrific!!

Absolutely the worst ever! Got all the information I gave her wrong. Put incorrect information on my portal. Refused to call me back, and I requested my portal be fixed twice through the secretary. Nothing. I sent a request in writing to fix my information, and they didn't have the decency to respond. I would never recommend this office to anyone!

They never pick up the dang phone😡 I’ve been calling for a week to make an appointment for a colonoscopy…left many voice mails, called the hospital endoscopy They left an email for them, called my primary care provider to get a hold of them still no call BACK! DO YOUR JOB AND PICK UP THE PHONE! PEOPLE DO DIE FROM COLON CANCER YOU KNOW! Not saying I will but there’s possibly!

First they cancelled my colonoscopy twice during COVID, making me wait almost 2 years for an appointment, despite being very high risk due to family history of colon cancer. Then they cwmc6my recent appointment cancelling my colonoscopy twice during COVID and then having me cancel simply because my required ride couldn't pick me up right after the procedure. They won't even allow patients to use a cab, which would have worked, for pickup without someone accompanying me. Gee, thanks for putting my life at risk.

Apparently contacting patients services is usless for complaints because communication with test results is still HORRIBLE. Highly recommend people to go to dartmouth if u can
