Staff reminds me of high schoolers. Super passive aggressive. Basic communication was a struggle. During my consultation, I had the exact same x-rays done the day before by my dentist. I spoke to staff about this before proceeding. Was completely dismissed and the attendants just laughed and giggled the whole time. I do not know if they are capable of communicating with others outside their office, or just choose to do redundant procedures in order to bill. Dr. Price said we'd be done by February 2025. Once that month came, we hadn't even gotten the bottoms on yet. No explanation given when I asked him directly about it. Just given a red herring. Overall a really good place. Dr Price is amazing and very informative of any treatments that are necessary. The staff are overall very friendly and helpful. My son had his braces for 19 months. His teeth look amazing after his treatment. Overall a wonderful place for orthodontist. 😁

Aboutface Orthodontics was a wonderful experience with Dr. Price always treating me like I was his only patient, even though the other treatment chairs were full. Thank you to his staff and to Dr. Price for being genuine, professional, and reassuring. They explained my treatment plan so I could understand and my questions were answered. I was impressed with the respect given to kids and adults. It was refreshing to hear kids interact with Dr. Price and to see them smile when their questions were answered.
