As a retired RN, I know that urgent care management is difficult because you serve so many people with issues they want to have fixed right away. I have Found this urgent care in Rutland to be compassionate, courteous, and efficient. Sometimes they’re slow, but then you don’t always see the people they’re helping in other rooms. I was there on Friday the 10th for personal need And I found the service helpful with the agreement that after the testing and taking medication I was to call and give a report on my condition which I did today. Not being at my best I. Frustrated by some testing from my previous visit. I ended up talking to the provider this night who was exceptional. I actually teared up in our conversation because he was so compassionate and understanding of my needs. I know he

The took care of me as soon as they could. Fast and efficient. They care about the people who go in looking for help.. They r open good hours every day. .

I was able to make an appointment late the night before and complete the check in process as well. I arrived a few minutes before the appointment and was gretted warmly and professionally. I waited less than two minutes before being seen. Both the nurse and the physicians assistant were very caring, professional, and efficient The care I received and the genuine comcern from both were exceptional. Highly recommend

It is an absolute joy every time I go in to this Clear Choice location. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I've had to pop in several times this past year, and before I'm seen they make sure they know my history. Definitely 5 stars.

An absolutely five star experience… The woman at the reception desk was professional, friendly and very on point with assisting. Both the nurse and the provider Dan Diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me Intel on choosing the right option for treatment. Highly recommend going to this clinic.. One of the best experiences I’ve had.
