Do not trust this practices or previous reviews. I was a patient as this six years and the quality of care over time has dropped dramatically over time. It has become the most unprofessional medical environment I've ever been in. Two years ago there was massive staff turn over, the remaining staff will overcharge you for everything, lie to you face about your x-rays you can see on screen in front of you, and laugh at your pain in front of the dentist who won't even notice. I gave them multiple chances to turn it around but each time I was met with a new embarrassing horror.

I highly recommend Dr. Forman and team! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Forman’s for about fifteen years. Dr. Forman and his staff are amazing. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They are honest and transparent about pricing and costs. They listen to their patients and get to know you as a person. I’ve had three crowns which Dr. Forman took great care of. I also have the most amazing hot pink night guard thanks to Dr. Forman and team! Also, they have parking, which is a huge perk in Cambridge! They have beautiful city views from the treatment rooms and treatment chairs with massagers! A relaxing and pleasant experience!

Every single aspect of Dr. Forman's practice is top-notch and I could not recommend it more. From the first call to when you walk out the door, this practice is built on providing excellent dental care and patient experience. Everyone there is committed to ensuring you feel like a person in need of care and not just a consumer, which speaks volumes about the culture. I've never been more pleased to give a 5-star rating. A friend recommended Dr. Khristy Fontillas (who works in the same office as Dr. Forman) and she is awesome! She is really friendly and reassuring. I have pretty poor/weak teeth, and she did a great job explaining what issues need to be addressed now versus which can wait. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.

Every single staff member I interacted with was exceptionally kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
