Cannot recommend Dr Hipolito highly enough. Not only is he patient and thorough in his explanations for my long list of questions, but he breaks things down in a way that is easy to understand. I lean “crunchy” and have never felt pressured or belittled for my choices as a parent, simply supported and safe to ask questions free of judgment. My kids love going to see Dr Ruben- he gets on their level and makes the appointment fun and incudes them in various ways. I know my kids are cared for and he isn’t just skimming over them- he’s truly evaluating every part of their well being. He is a gem & I am so grateful to have him on our team as parents navigating our children’s health and wellbeing!

I have had a very poor experience with this Dr. The ONLY way to have any contact with him is booking an appointment; no phone, text, email, etc. It is the opposite of patient-centered care. He was also late by 30-40 minutes to our first appointment. One of the worst experiences I have had with a physician.

I've seen Dr Hipolito several times. Both wellness exams, and for specific concerns. I am impressed by how thorough he is, and his beside manner. He has always been informative and professional, and took what I considered a generous amount of time with my exam and our conversation about my health. I would recommend as a competent and caring healthcare provider.

Seemed very professional and straightforward during my visit. I didn't get any real bedside manner, which means a lot, especially when dealing with scary symptoms.. A gal from the office later called to give me results on a pretty important blood test, she said I was fine. The next day (on Christmas) Dr hippolito called to give me my results again. I interrupted and let him know that I had already gotten a call regading that testing. He didnt know she had called and had given me incorrect results which was very distressing to find out. I was also given a referral to a neurologist. I had to call 5 or 6 different times over a period of 3 weeks to get this office to send every piece of info to the neurologist that should have been sent with the referral. Including my MRI scans themselves. 2 w

This doctor is what I call a company man. He spent the whole time telling us what will cost money. Never asked about my husband’s health and when I asked for a neuro consult he told me there is nothing anyone can do about dementia. As an older person we will never go back to this man. So sad.
