R&S Pioneer Pharmacy

I've tried getting my meds transferred to this particular pharmacy but decided not to. The customer service wasn't to my expectations. Every time I made a call to the establishment, I felt rushed, cut-off and dismissed. A lack of empathy and understanding from the Pharmacist is what drew the line for me. I'll be taking my prescriptions to another Pharmacy where I'm properly greeted, heard and understood.

There is nothing better than to have a great communication with your pharmacist and staff. Somewhere where you can ask questions about your medications and they are always willing to educate you. Great service. Medications are always there on time. I kept this pharmacy after I left because it’s a place that makes you feel at home.. Thank you R&S Pioneer for serving my mom and me all these years…

This is hands down the best pharmacy I've ever been to. They take good care of my Granny and answer all of our questions. They know their customers by name, even over the phone they can tell my voice. I get my vaccines from there even though I don't live in the neighborhood. I love this place.

I wish I could give 0 starts but there is no option. Worse pharmacy experience ever. Pharmacist kept shorting me on the amount of pills I was prescribed. I had to go to the location 3 different times to get the same prescription filled because they keep giving me less pills than had been prescribed to me. By the 3rd time the Pharmacist lied right to my face about the amount I received, trying to convince me that I received more than I actually did. Insanely rude and delayed me taking my medication as needed. Will never go back for another prescription again. Terrible serivce.

Hands down the best pharmacy on highbridge!!! For your medication no worries at all they dispense quickly and also immediately inform you when they are ready. They have great customer service and they make you feel very welcomed. This have been my pharmacy for yearsssss & I would not be going anywhere else! Thank you for your services.
