Overall good experience over the last 12-14 months. Dr. Iacona has been excellent to either get me a referral or take an X-ray when it is needed. I have found the staff to be pretty helpful in scheduling and answering questions. Dr. is quick to reply to questions and lab results.

I recently started going to Rochester Regional Health Cobblestone Court and was highly impressed with Dr. Iacona. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and really takes the time to listen. The nurses have also been fantastic—professional, caring, and supportive throughout my visits. The only area for improvement is some of the front desk staff, could benefit from additional customer service training to match the excellent care provided by the medical team. That said, everything else about my experience has been top-notch, and I’m confident in the care I’m receiving here. Highly recommend giving this location a try!

Do not waste your time and money here. My wife needed a prescription for an antibiotic and they said they couldn't do it even though she was in a lot of pain and they said there is nothing they can do. We had to pay another doctor to get the prescription and that doctor said that this place was able to give a prescription. Now we get absolutely nothing from them and we still need to pay a $100 bill

Absolutely terrible experience. I was on time for my appointment and had already checked in online, yet I was forced to wait 20 minutes in line just to “check in” again. Even after that, they still didn’t take me back on time and ended up rescheduling me. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. If this is how they treat patients who arrive prepared and on time, I can’t imagine how much worse it gets. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location at all costs!!
