Excellent place to get medical attention. Nurses and receptionists very pleasant. Coffee bar helps while you wait.

I went there for leg pain in my early pregnancy & was ordered a stat ultrasound for DVT check -negative. At 6.5 months pregnant my leg pain continued to worsen & bubbles of blood pooling on the surface of my lower legs appeared in multiple locations of lower leg. This particular visit, I sat & waited for 3 hours to be called back checked in & seen by a Dr, the PA who “seen me” was a red head & glasses. Very rude & dismissive as soon as she walked into the room. Said that this was “very inappropriate for urgent care & that my OB should have ordered an ultrasound.” Which I explained to her I worked all day Friday & had played phone tag with my OB but had my chart msgs of my OB on Friday wanting me to get ultrasound done prior to my following appt that coming up Tuesday. Made two trips to center over last three weeks; staff take care of me promptly; gave me immediate attention; listened thoroughly and provided the necessary treatment that I needed; thought everyone acted professionally ; over the past few years, the center has maintained a high level of standards when it comes to meeting the patients needs;

Went 2 hours before close due to my Boyfriend hitting his head and ended up needing stitches. Everyone there was really nice especially the doctor that helped us! They had a lot going on including an emergency so we didn't mind the wait, in the end he was stitched up and the cut looked so much better! Definitely recommend coming here

Place is nice, I get seen quickly, and the nurse I had twice has been awesome, but most of the staff and both doctors I have seen were not great. First, the receptionist put all my information in wrong as well as my insurance. Put my name in shuffled so my last and middle were first and last? In turn it showed me billed for around 200 dollars for arriving, getting told to see a different doctor, and leaving. Thought this was just a fluke. Second time, the doctor put multiple of my symptoms I listed down wrong, told me I had a contagious viral infection, like a bad cold, and refused to provide a doctors note. Main issue here was listing the wrong symptoms, and how is a contagious virus with a terrible cough not cause for a note so I don't get my coworkers or classmates sick? Not going back
