Brite Family Dental Care

My daughter and I have had nothing but good experiences here for the last 7 years. We love the staff and especially the doctors (Ross and Kemschetti). I used to hate going to the dentist but since I have gone to Brite Family I have not felt that way. And my daughter as well, since her first visit , no longer dreads the dentist. We highly recommend!

I went here back in january of 2024 to get a cleaning. They said i had 10 cavities and one root canal, they proceeded to drill into the “root canal” tooth then put a temporary filling in it. I have since went to another dentist because something didn’t seem right in my gut and come to find out i didn’t need a root canal or 10 cavities fixed. the hygienist here deliberately drilled a hole in my healthy tooth to cause a root canal. Please do NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE.

I’m a new patient who went in for a routine cleaning today and I had a very unpleasant experience. My primary issue was my hygienist as she was the one I interacted with the most. Her breath was absolutely foul and could be smelled from quite a distance. This was made worse by the fact that she kept pulling down her face mask to talk to me even though it was unnecessary and contaminated her gloves (which she didn’t replace). In addition, she began telling me her unfiltered political opinions within my first ten minutes of meeting her (I hadn’t said anything alluding to the topic) and she finished my appointment by awkwardly asking if I could understand the dentist because “she’s Mexican and its hard to understand her” even though the dentist’s English is perfect and her accent is very mild

Major scam seems to be going on here. We took our children in for a cleaning and then fillings. They sent the bill to insurance prior to us having the fillings done, they got the cost insurance would pay and told us what our portion would be we paid what they said our portion was at time of appointment (what insurance didn't cover) approximately $300 between 2 kids. Now they are saying we owe more? They sent the bill to insurance prior to our appointment. We paid the difference, kids had appointments. There is some kind of fraud going on here for sure. Receptionist tried to lie to us that they never sent to insurance prior until I called her out on it and then her story changed. Do not take your children here unless you wish to be scammed.

Use to be a great place but since covid forget it. If they tell you they'll call you back, don't count on it. Trying to get a root canal scheduled and insurance to cover it on 5 different calls was told id get a call back and never happened. Took 6 months of calling them to even get it on the sche. Went in for the root canal and when I said I didn't trust having it done that day because I was worried about an infection going on Dr. Ross ripped the Bib off me and grabbed the paper and walked out. Instead of explaining what was going on and how to deal with it. Called my old dentist got in within an hour of calling and their workers said they would've quite if the dentist acted like that! This place doesn't seem to care about patients anymore and just care about drilling and billing you!
