RRH Urgent Care

Useless and completely unhelpful people at reception. Nobody could answer if I could get any treatment for nausea and vomiting unless we checked in and, of course, paid them first. I understand not having details, but you can't even tell me if you can do IV fluids or nausea meds? Disgusted

On 1/30/25 at 6:30 pm, i went to urgent care for a laceration that had not stopped bleeding after 2 hrs. After signing in, I was seen by an RN nurse and then an NP. Both were very professional, friendly, and put me at ease. The NP was able to stop the bleeding, wound was wrapped and follow up instructions given. I realize the wait time is dependent on patient volume but I would not hesitate to recommend this urgent care or return myself if needed. I'm glad there is an alternative to the emergency room.

Had a 3.5 hour wait for my 4 year old son. The nurse ask my son if someone at home hurts him. While waiting to see the doctor my son needed tissues, they had none in the room. I stepped out and someone said "your next we will be right with you," assuming I was going to complain about the wait. Then I was judged by the PA for bringing him in the first day he was sick, and I "shouldn't push antibiotics. This is what I do for my children..., it has to run it's course." But then the PA was also usept that we didn't want to have him tested. I felt judged as a young parent no matter what I decided. Staff was very cold and unfriendly. I will never go back there.

I came to the urgent care on a Friday night at 7pm. Thankfully it wasn't busy. My issue was minor and they had me in and out super fast! The workers were so friendly (especially the red haired receptionist). My script was sent immediately. I got it all done and back home in an hour. Highly recommend this place over WellNow!

Went in with my stepdaughter in July and am still so bothered by the experience that we had with urgent care that I feel inclined to write a review. My stepdaughter had had a fever for three days the highest it getting to was 102 she had a mild cough, extreme tiredness, some mild nausea. She was asked multiple times whether she was sexually active, if she used illegal drugs, or vaped. She said no, and I even assured them multiple times that that was not the case. The medical assistant did a quick work up and indicated that she would have been in septic shock if she had fevers that high and that my thermometer must be broken. Even giggled at us. Literally laughed it off as if we were exaggerating. She kindly provided me with a new thermometer to take home, which I felt like was a sarca
