I gave birth here and I can't even explain how amazing this experience was. The nurse Jenny really helped me in such a vulnerable state. And all the nurses in general took such good care of me. They all made sure I was fed and comfortable. Rene Davis is who delivered my baby and she was so supportive and attentive to my needs. Amazing person overall and I'd trust her to deliver EVERY baby. I hemmoraged kinda bad but they all made sure I was cared for. Best hospital experience ever. If you're thinking about delivering your baby here DO IT you won't regret it. I still feel "homesick" from a place I'd only been to once.

Dr. Ryan G D’arcy told me I was having a miscarriage because my “HCG level was dropping” I asked him the difference between the HCG quantitative and the HCG intact and his answer was “I don’t know but your having a miscarriage” instead of attempting to find the answer or help me get a better understanding of a difference between the two tests ran. Turns out both numbers mean the same thing and I am NOT having a miscarriage. How can you be a doctor and tell someone they are losing there baby when you don’t have the slightest clue as to what is going on? Day 1 was at Newark Wayne Community hospital and Day 2 is UMMC in Batavia

I arrived here with my cousin at 10am. He had bad jaundice and was severely dehydrated. He was told not to drink water or eat because he was going to have a CT scan. Initially the nurse said they would give him an IV bag because he was so dehydrated. It is now after 2 and they still have not gave him an IV bag. This treatment has been horrible I have never seen worst neglect. They also get an attitude when politely asking for help after hours of waiting. The nurse Sharon was very rude. 1/10/2026 My cousin is in liver failure and they removed me from the room because I "seemed agitated". Unbelievable!

The nurses and doctors are super nice good attitudes all the time no matter what I've been here with my dad for a few hours now and they have been so patient with me and all my questions and worries and being a daddy's girl if help me feel more at ease I'll definitely be being him back here next time he needs help

10/23/25 I begged and pleaded with these social workers Jasmine and Janine Noonan not to release my mother. This hospital still did an UNSAFE RELEASE of a vulnerable adult. We will be admitting her into another hospital in a different county. Do not take your loved ones to this hospital. I am ashamed of their ignorance.
