Im a fairly new patient. It has been a nightmare since a serious illness. Getting needed prescriptions for my care. The phone tag. The refusal of the office Getting back to me. ER visits because of the inept attention to my long term care. Calling after hours for a provider to call back and not receiving a return call back. Leaving messages. The anxiety that builds waiting for a doctor or nurse to return your calls is unbelievable. You pray your not abandoned with your condition and all that comes with it, only to be abandoned again to manage a disease that has debilitating factors. Most could be managed by your doctor. The ball has been dropped at every level of the practice and I have to question, is it safe to stay in their care. Over and over, they have proven it is not. If you beco

I was a patient here for years and have had only a handful of good experiences out of the hundreds of visits I’ve had over the years. The residents are still learning, I understand that, but more often than not I left feeling disregarded, not listened to, brushed off or rushed out. And their overseeing physician entering the room for 15 seconds to state they’re “stopping in for insurance purposes” always left me feeling unsettled. It felt like they were just trying to check boxes and not see me as an actual human being with actual issues or concerns. The reception desk was often rude and pushed me to use the computer to self check-in even if they had nobody in line and could have helped me in person.

Great doctors but every since they move location there are no spots to be parked at and not easy to find on that is not handy capp.

Horrible. I showed up at 4:30 for my 4:30 appointment after waiting for months to get in with Dr. Dulka, and I was told that "they" should have told me to come 30 minutes early. The doctor refused to see me. The receptionist tried to reschedule me for the end of August. I'm not going to wait another 2 months to see her! Update: when I got home, I discovered that they had reported me as a NO SHOW. I'm disputing this since I was there on time. My son was with me, so I have a witness. 100% do NOT recommend!

Usually wait for an unreasonable amount of time and they always let people who get here after you in first. That's even if you get an appointment. Always rescheduling. Wanted something closer to home but this is ridiculous. Find a real doctor's Office. Don't come here.
