Very dissatisfied with the practice. Dr. Dingwall has been great but the staff can't seem to get a simple thing right. I myself work in the medical field as a nurse and this is a disgrace. My insurance company, pharmacy and myself have all reached out to the office on multiple occasions with no response. If you can't handle the workload with the current patients that you have, you should definitely not be taking on new patients. Even called the office to speak with the office manager and they couldn't even get on the phone to speak with me. Next step will be transferring to another practice that can provide appropriate care for their patients.

This place charges $294 for a doctor visit + $650 for a flu/covid test = $944 to say I don’t have flu or covid. And if anyone needs labs done they should consider labcorp because they do the tests without a doctors referral for a fraction of the cost.

THE 5 stars are for the doctors, PAs, and office staff between 2005-2024. I was a patient of Hilton Health Care since ~2005. I started with dr Eric Cederstrom as my PCP. Such a kind man and good Dr. Sadly, Dr Cederstrom passed away 2008. This was devastating to all his patients. RIP Dr C. I then became a patient of Dr Benson Zoghlin. Different Dr. Different approach. Extremely smart. I soon came to trust and highly respect Dr Zoglin—he worked with me through different medical situations that arose. He was a straight shooter, never giving up on helping his patients. Dr Zoglin retired in Fall 2024. He was one of the best doctors I have known. I was sad to see him leave Hilton Health Care. Of course, I wish him a wonderful retirement! I’m not sure which doctors are there now, nor how smoothly

I am pretty disappointed with the care that I have received from Hilton Health Care recently. I was seen by Dr Dingwall about 2 weeks ago. I was sent for some tests the next day and have yet to hear back about the results of these tests or what my best next steps are. I have called several times and have left messages on the portal as well with no response. I will certainly be switching to a near dr in the near future.

I came over to this practice a year a half ago. I have a primary at this clinic but have also been seen by others—and I like the small town feel of this practice. As with the rest of us in life, they are all entitled to their bad days too. But for the most part, I’ve learned to be assertive with questions and concerns and they are all phenomenal with answers or referrals. I’ve recommended them to others with the preface of “I prefer experience over bedside manners and the latest textbook answers.” I particularly don’t like going to the doctor so I’d rather be in and out and not there to make small talk and friends. Just my personal preference.
