Great service! Kind, compassionate, capable, informative; the customer service and appreciation is what one would expect of a small, family owned business. I’ve yet to hear “I’m not sure” without it being followed up with “…but let me find the answer, or get someone who can better help”.

This cute pharmacy is right out of a Hallmark movie. Peter, the pharmacist, is friendly and relatable, and genuinely cares. Tracy is so helpful every time I call or stop by. I have a kid with complicate pharmaceutical needs. They have been so helpful over the past several years. They helped me navigate insurance issues, they order medications for me and always keep our families needs at the forefront of their service. I am so thankful they are part of our community. It always smells amazing when I go there with the coffee shop right inside.

Small town pharmacy meets big expectations here. Serving finger lakes coffee to deliver a pleasing source of aromatherapy as you shop the narrow isles for last minute gifts or must-haves. You can tell the owner of this place cares about his town in a number of ways. I will definitely be back as they have coffee cards for punches leading me back until I get my next free sip!
